In order to attend one of our upcoming rehab tours you must fill out the registration form and confirm what date you would like to attend. We keep the attendance of these tours limited to a small group of investors [usually 4-8 people] to allow you to get all of your questions answered.Due to this fact it is extremely important that you register for a date that you can definitely attend.
All of our tours for the next 2.5 months are taking place at our corporate headquarters in Harrisburg,PA. Harrisburg, PA is only about 90 miles outside Philadelphia, 55 miles outside of Baltimore and 30 miles outside of York. The tour will take about 2.5 hours from start to finish. The tours are typically scheduled for every third Saturday and start at 11:00 am. In most cases the tour will end around 2:00 pm.
The tours are open to everyone, although it is important you know that we can only approve you for private financing if you have a 670 credit score and at least $10,000 liquid cash plus a debt to income ratio below 45% - 50%.
