PA Deals, LLC Refund Policy

In order to reserve a property on our website you must place a deposit on that property either via the website or by calling our office for further instructions. The deposit amounts range from $500 - $2,000. This deposit will be credited to you at 100% face value at the time of settlement. If for any reason PA Deals, LLC is not able to provide you with free and clear title or is unable to close for any reason your FULL DEPOSIT will be returned to you via Priority Mail within 5 business days of determining we can not close.

In addition if you have pre paid for any services offered by PA Deals, LLC such as the Rehabbing Assistance Programs and/or Marketing Assistance Programs and PA Deals, LLC is unable to complete the transaction for any reason your FULL payment will be returned to you via Priority Mail within 5 business days of determining we can not close.
