My son and I read about PA Deals and decided to take the 3 hour drive from NY to PA and meet Zack in person. We were glad we did! Zack took the time to explain several types of investments and we decided to buy a rental property. We were impressed that the deal went smoothly and the house appraised at WAY more than we paid. This is quite an incentive for an investor and really showed that Ideal does what it says - Gives You A Deal!! A tenant was in place at closing which was another plus. I am in the process of looking for my second investment and I am confident that Zack and PA Deals will place me in retirement with a new job - cashing checks!!
