I've purchased two properties from PA Deals, LLC in a span of 2 months. One I already sold and the second one is just getting under way. And I'm already discussing a third property with them.
I thought I would test the waters with my first property and see how the system works. PA Deals provided me with a detailed report of what my anticipated expenses and profits would be. My litmus test was to see how accurate they were. They estimated a $10,000 profit (which was wrong!) It just went under contract netting me an $11,000+ profit. I'll take their mistakes any day.
