This is NOT a cheap, apartment quality product. This is a top quality product and in normal situations it is expected to last 5–7 years. PA Deals stocks this carpet at a local supplier so there is always some on hand to match and repair as necessary down the road. In addition, a 6 lb. quality padding is used underneath to extend the life of the carpet.

Its neutral color matches the kitchens perfectly. This vinyl is also stocked by PA Deals with a local supplier so there is always some on hand to match and repair as necessary. All floors are correctly prepped before laying the sheet vinyl to ensure proper installation.

All homes include a minimum standard 100 Amp electric service with circuit breakers. In addition, homes will always meet or exceed minimum electrical code standards.
